Move On…Up
A Breakup Recovery Programme
A structured 6–12 session programme using evidence-informed psychological approaches to support recovery following relationship loss. The work focuses on processing grief, understanding relational patterns, and restoring emotional stability after separation.
Breakups commonly bring experiences such as:
emotional overwhelm and instability
repetitive or intrusive thinking
anxiety and uncertainty about the future
difficulty detaching or moving forward
disruption to identity and self-trust
This programme offers structured psychological support to help you stabilise, make sense of the relationship, and move forward with greater clarity and emotional steadiness.
How the Programme Works
A structured, three-phase recovery process
Phase 1 - Stabilise
Reduce emotional overwhelm, rumination, and nervous system dysregulation to support initial grounding and stability.
Phase 2 - Understand
Explore attachment patterns, relational dynamics, grief responses, and recurring emotional and behavioural loops following the relationship.
Phase 3 - Rebuild
Strengthen self-trust, identity, boundaries, and relational awareness to support more stable future patterns and decision-making.

Why It Works
Evidence-informed and compassion-led
This programme is informed by contemporary research on psychological responses to breakup and relational loss, including findings on attachment, cognitive and emotional processing, and identity adjustment following separation (e.g. Yanez Peñúñuri et al., 2024).
It integrates evidence-informed psychological approaches including cognitive behavioural strategies, attachment-based work, mindfulness, and emotional regulation frameworks, delivered within a structured and supportive format. This allows for both emotional understanding and practical change within a structured, psychologically informed framework.
