Relationship Patterns & Self-Development Workshop
A structured group workshop exploring the psychological patterns that shape how we think, feel, and behave in relationships.
Overview
This workshop offers a reflective, evidence-informed space to explore recurring patterns in relationships, emotional responses, and relational dynamics.
Rather than focusing on a specific relationship or recent breakup, the emphasis is on understanding yourself in relationships more broadly - how you relate, what you tend to repeat, and how these patterns may be shaped by earlier experiences.
It combines psychological insight with structured reflection and practical tools for self-awareness and growth.
