Can I book one session to try it out?
This programme is designed as a structured series of sessions to support continuity, momentum, and meaningful psychological recovery rather than standalone support.
However, the first session helps assess whether the programme feels appropriate and beneficial for your needs. If it becomes clear that a different form of support would be more suitable, we will discuss this openly and thoughtfully.
You’re welcome to book a free 20-minute consultation beforehand to explore whether the programme feels like the right fit.
