Who It's For / Who It’s Not For
This Is for You If...
You’re going through a breakup that has left you feeling lost, emotionally overwhelmed, or unable to move forward
You keep replaying the relationship in your mind, wondering what went wrong or what you could have done differently
You’ve noticed recurring patterns in relationships and want to understand why they keep happening
You’re still grieving the relationship - whether the breakup happened weeks, months, or even years ago
You feel pulled to contact your ex, despite knowing it may keep you emotionally stuck
You want more than reassurance or advice from friends; you want structured psychological insight and supportive guidance
You want to better understand your attachment patterns, emotional responses, and relationship dynamics
You’re ready to rebuild your confidence, reconnect with yourself, and create a more stable sense of identity outside the relationship
You want to feel calmer, more grounded, and emotionally secure in your own company again
You’re not only trying to “get over” the breakup - you want to grow through the experience and move forward differently
This May Not Be the Right Fit If...
You’re currently experiencing acute mental health distress or require crisis support
You’re primarily seeking support focused on reconciling with your ex or re-establishing the relationship
You’re not open to self-reflection, emotional processing, or structured psychological exercises
You’re looking primarily for reassurance or advice, rather than deeper reflective support
You’re seeking couples counselling or mediation rather than individual breakup support
